Our History:

Accu-tec International began by filling a need. Jeff Davis, Accu-tec International's founder, was in a different business altogether. One day, while on a sales call in Dayton, Ohio, Jeff called upon a client who was an appliance manufacturer. This client was in a bind because their supplier of wooden packaging frames was faltering, with poor quality, production and delivery problems. To add to the issue after much work, the buyer could not find a replacement supplier of these packaging frames.

Recognizing the need, Jeff asked about the specifications for the frames then set his sights on building a prototype. On his way back to Louisville, he stopped by a lumberyard and purchased the tools and lumber necessary to build the test frames. When he finally got home, he went to work.

After several tries, Jeff found the most efficient way to build the product. He figured out the cost of time and materials and called his client in Dayton to tell them he could deliver their frames. After much evaluation and testing they accepted his offer, so he found a facility, equipment, and suppliers. He hired and trained manangement, production and a material handling staff. Before too long, Jeff was delivering over 3000 frames a day to his customer and saving the day for his client.

After 20 years, Accu-tec International has grown to meet the needs of numerous Fortune 500 Companies and continues to use its small business advantages to meet the needs of big business.
